Dec 24, 2015- Twin sisters Mayanka and Mahika genus Rana in conjunction with Catherine and cuckoo Mathema entered the U-18 girls’ singles semi-finals of the fourteenth Jaykar Memorial Junior National Open lawn tennis Championships on weekday.

At the Satdobato lawn tennis advanced, Mayanka defeated Bibhuti Karki 6-2, 6-1, Mahika inflicted a double beigel defeat to Khushi Pandey and cuckoo sidelined Bijisha Shrestha 6-3, 6-4. Catherine, meanwhile, earned  a walkover win from Ishika Agrawal.

Renjan Lama and Bibek Shrestha set the U-18 boys’ singles title clash with contrastive victories. whereas Lama relieved to a 6-4, 6-0 straight set conclusion over Sakshyam Karki, Shrestha had to rally from a collection right down to beat Anthony Rai 2-6, 6-2, 7-5.

Catherine and cuckoo conjointly created it to the girls’ doubles final defeating Ira Rawat and Abhilasha Bista 6-2, 6-0. The pair can meet genus Rana sisters within the championship clash. Lama and Karki conjointly created it to the boys’ doubles defeating Prashant Basnet and Dipesh Khatri 7-5, 6-1. they're going to meet the combine of passage Subedi and Saharsha Bibi, World Health Organization beat Binaya Batas and Chhabilal Rawat 6-2, 6-2.

In the U-10 girls’ singles semi-finals, Isha Shree sovereign beat Siwangi Laxmi sovereign 8-1 and Rayana sovereign trounced Mandira beer Magar 8-0. Siwangi earned  some solace defeating Prasamsha Moktan 8-0 to succeed in the U-9 final in conjunction with Eva Adhikari, World Health Organization saw off Samriddhi Shrestha 8-0.

Adit Subedi, Aarav Samrat Hada, Rijen Shrestha and Aki Juben Raut entered the U-10 boys’ singles semi-finals. The four players conjointly reached the U-9 last four. Meanwhile, Dipesh KC, Binaya Batas, Aaryan Giri and Saharsha Chand have created it to the U-14 boys’ singles semi-finals.
